How do I pay?

Two ways. Pay by card through POK — the same kind of secure checkout you use for tickets — or choose cash on delivery and pay the Ultra courier when your tees arrive.

When and where do I collect at the festival?

At the BnB merch shop inside the festival, 12:00 until 22:00. Bring your order code — a screenshot is fine. Festival pickup is card-paid only, so your tees are already yours.

Do I need a festival ticket to collect my order?

Yes. The merch shop is inside the event, so you need a ticket to get in. If you would rather not come in, choose Ultra delivery in Tirana instead.

What if my size sells out?

The run is printed once. If a size goes before we reach your order we email you and either swap the size or refund it, your call.
